ARROJO Professional- Happy Mondays

We created the Ambassadors Program so we could offer our world-class products and education to like-minded hairdressers who want to maximize their potential.

Still in our first year, the Program now has Ambassadors from all corners of America. We are using our experience and expertise to work with these salon owners and stylists as they forge their own success stories, while, as a bi-product, elevating the level of craftsmanship and professionalism throughout the hairdressing industry.

One of the (many) ways we are delivering on this commitment is to give free education. The “Happy Mondays” is an on-the-house seminar for staff of Ambassador Salons, held one Monday a month.

Spotlighting our modern and creative, precision-based hairstyling method, each month’s “Happy Monday” features live model demonstrations of contemporary techniques in scissor or razor cutting, color, or creative and editorial styling. The idea: show the value of proper craftsmanship; inspire our peers with fashion-forward and functional, beautiful, wearable hair; immerse our professional partners into a multi-award-winning culture of excellence and integrity; and display techniques stylists can use to feel motivated, and to improve their work with clients on the salon floor.

As example of the unique insights that can be gained from ARROJO, this month’s Happy Monday featured Dennins Lanni. An editorial icon working with the world’s best designers and photographers in the world’s best magazines, it was his second session with the Happy Mondays team, led by Gerard Scarpaci, Director of Ambassador Education.

In side-by-side demos, Dennis showed the making of an avant-garde editorial updo; Gerard showed our signature razor-cutting style; and fellow ARROJO studio master stylist, Cheryl Fazio, showed ideas for client-friendly Holiday party hair.
